- Well your best bet is to return the modem from whom you purchased and tell
- USR to kiss your (*&(*. I have been dealing with USR Techless support for four
- months and they are as worthless as a box of rocks. I finally contacted the store
- I bought the modem from and they were very understanding. I would very much
- like to tell you the name of the store and how extremely helpful they are, but then
- most people would take advantage of them and I don't want that to happen, so
- your on your own. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANOTHER USR PRODUCT AGAIN, PLUS
- ALL MY CO-WORKERS AFTER HEARING OF MY EXPERIENCE SAID THAT THEY WON'T
- EITHER. BESIDES WE ARE ALL TECHIES OURSELVES SO BELEIVE ME WE WILL SPREAD
